At Najm, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer experience. Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we only accept returns or refunds if there is an issue caused from our side.
Eligible Cases for Refund or Return
We accept returns or replacements in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived damaged or leaking
- The item is defective
- Your order is incomplete or incorrect
Conditions
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided
- The product must remain mostly unused unless the issue is related to damage or defect
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference regarding scent
- Used products without a product issue
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Resolution
If your case is approved, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement product
- Full or partial refund
