Delivery & Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Egypt only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. 

Delivery time is 1–3 business days for Cairo & Giza and 2–5 business days for other governorates.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or refusal,

re-shipping fees may apply or the order may be cancelled without refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
